DOG DAY POSTER

This was one of my first projects  at PLU. I love this poster because I felt it proved to my department and the rest of the campus that I was a serious designer and not just another student worker. This is the most recent dog day poster I designed.

The poster is for a tradition at PLU. Every semester, during dead week, we have therapy dogs come to campus to alleviate stress. Since this is a well-known, anticipated event, I wanted to make sure the poster clearly conveyed the event's purpose: relaxation and puppies.

During my research, I realized that the same dogs volunteered each year so I incorporated them into the poster which made the owners very happy. Last year we had a goat.
