These past couple of months have been a rollercoaster of emotions. The only way I can explain my feeling at the moment is this cat (if you don't know who this cat is, please click the image above to watch the video. ). I never thought I would be able to afford to study abroad. But, I was willing to do whatever I could to make it happen. Even though I fell short, I will be going abroad. Now, I am just completely mind blown.
Originally, I thought that I would be unable to study abroad. There was many required expenses that I thought I would not be able to afford. I tried so hard to make it happen and hung on as long as I could before I finally withdrew from the program. To be completely honest, I was really bummed out but somehow I managed to get lucky.
My study abroad advisor reached out to me. After hearing my struggles, she did everything she could to make sure I would study abroad. Within a two days, everything was figured out. Shortly after, I bought my plane ticket to London. I will be leaving for London early September for the IES Program.
Overall, I am so excited and so nervous at the same time. I feel like there is so much planning to do in so little time. What places should I eat at? How should I do my hair?? What are items that I need to buy???
